    Position: Technical Support Engineer

    Location: Noida

    Department: Customer Success

    Educational Requirements: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechatronics/Electricals/ Electronics and Communication

    Reports to: Head of Customer Success

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of physical identity and access management
    • Work with various technologies such as Electronic Access Control, biometrics, RFID, IoT, and more
    • Conduct online product demonstrations and support for IDCUBE's software and hardware products
    • Provide solution training to partners and customers
    • Create technical documentation and training videos

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Customer-centric with excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems
    • Knowledge of IT hardware and network technology
    • Structured problem-solving approach
    • Desire to learn new technologies and take ownership of tasks

    Future Career Growth: Employees may progress to roles in Presales, Sales, Project Management, or Product Management after mastering IDCUBE solutions.
