Purpose of the Job

Editing segments of motion video production footage, special effects and sound recordings in the post-production process. The goal is to bring the communication closer to the original goal or target.

Job Responsibilities

Take a brief to grasp Video Publication team needs and specifications. 2. Trim footage segments and create rough and final cuts. 3. Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects. 4. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification :
Bachelor Degree

Skill Competencies : 1. Proven work experience as a video editor.

Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Final Cut pro / Adobe Premiere / After Effects, Avid Media Composer and Light works etc.).
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
The ability to work under tight deadlines.
