MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the US market using various tools and platforms.

Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their advertising needs, budget, and timeline to ensure alignment with our offerings.

Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and update prospect information in the CRM system to track progress and prioritize outreach efforts.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and develop tailored approaches for different client segments.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the advertising industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

Persistence: A proactive and persistent approach to prospecting and follow-up to drive results.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and strategies.

Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US media landscape and advertising industry trends is a plus.


Pay:
₹65, ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
