    Our client is System Integration company in Lighting and Energy Management Automation, Building Management and Security Systems domain.

    Location - Baner , Pune
    Sales Associate - 0-2 years experience
    Sr.
    Sales Associate - 2-4 years experience


    Salary - As per company standardNotice period - Immediate to 15 days

    Responsibilities

    • Generate qualified leads by primary and secondary market survey.
    • Interact with (potential) clients and build rapport with relevant stakeholders, negotiate/close deals and manage grievances.
    • Managing the sales process through the process of generating and qualifying leads, ensuring delivery of quotations, followup, closure and maintaining a standardized database for this process.
    • Managing a portfolio of Key accounts to achieve longterm success.
    • Maintaining healthy payment cycles.

    Requirements


    Qualification & Requirements:


    • Education - Graduate (Preferably from a technical field), MBA shall be an added advantage.
    • Fast learner with a passion for sales numbers.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Aptitude in delivering impact presentations for obscure concepts.
    • Previous work experience in similar or allied fields with the same target market.
