    Description

    Software Solution Architect

    We are looking for an experienced Software Solution Architect with a solid background in web development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing robust Enterprise web solutions, along with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Solution Design and Architecture:
      • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance Enterprise web applications. Create and document architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms for projects.
    • Technical Leadership:
      • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
    • Project Management:
      • Oversee projects from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Innovation and Research:
      • Stay updated with industry trends and drive innovation. Identify opportunities for new technologies and methodologies. Conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate new approaches.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements. Present architectural plans and project updates. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise web development.
    • Experience in designing complex architectures.
    • Proficiency in Front End UI/UX technologies like Angular, React.
    • Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, .NET, or Python.
    • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Integrating AI/ML and Data Analytics features.
    • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks.
