Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative support in a timely manner.
- Courier and Inventory Management.
- Attendance and leave management.
- Relationship management with vendors for office administration activities, telecom, insurance, IT, and facility management.
- Ticket Booking, VISA & Hotel Reservation (Domestic & international).
- Assist in arranging and organizing corporate meetings, conferences, and events. Outdoor travel when required.
- Assist Management in daytoday activities.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum 35 years of work experience in administration activities
Language & IT Proficiency
- Highly proficient in English language (Written and Verbal communications)
- Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS
- Office, Web browser
