Roles and Responsibilities

  • Administrative support in a timely manner.
  • Courier and Inventory Management.
  • Attendance and leave management.
  • Relationship management with vendors for office administration activities, telecom, insurance, IT, and facility management.
  • Ticket Booking, VISA & Hotel Reservation (Domestic & international).
  • Assist in arranging and organizing corporate meetings, conferences, and events. Outdoor travel when required.
  • Assist Management in daytoday activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 35 years of work experience in administration activities

Language & IT Proficiency

  • Highly proficient in English language (Written and Verbal communications)
  • Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.


  • Knowledge of MS

  • Office, Web browser
