    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

    The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR compliance, and HR strategy development.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
    Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
    Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
    Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
    Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
    Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and benefits administration.
    Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
    Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
    Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
    4 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
    Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
