- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and SERP rankings across multiple countries.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
- Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and influencer outreach.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
- Direct social media strategies that collaborate with SEO goals.
- Oversee and understand departmental needs in SEO training and process development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Advanced experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development.
