Description
Major contact point for sales, Distributors and customers for product availabilities and dispatches- Sales Order Management
- Entering the orders in SAP and process for dispatches
- Interact with planning, purchase, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery of products to customers
- Updating pending order status to customers regularly
- Complaint registration in SCM portal / communications with customers
- Payments / Collections Followup with customers
- Price / TDS / MSDS and Reach Certification Requestsfrom customers to be responded immediately.
- Customer Satisfaction feedback to monitor on quarterly basis.
- To achieve Customer satisfaction supply to be done On Time in Full (OTIF) to be monitored daily.
- Samples to be arranged to Technical team/ Sales team / Labs from the Plant/Warehouse ; Purchase of samples from Distributors through Purchase orders/COUPA.
- Pending Sample report to be generated and circulated to all concerned.
- Any additional job to be taken up from time to time as per job rotation requirement.
