Salary - 9 to 20 LPA

Skill - Sailpoint Developement with Support

location - - Complete Night Shift

Work mode - Hybrid(Work from office for 2 days- Pick & drop will be provided)

Job Overview :

Daily monitoring of scheduled jobs, lifecycle events and coordinate across different team to resolve issues.
Perform user and access administration activities (e.g., manual provisioning/deprovisioning, lock/unlock, password management etc.) using IGA solution(s) like SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM ISIM, CA IDM, Oracle IDM, etc.
Support staging of certifications and it's remediation periodically.
Monitor incident queue, triage and resolve issues (e.g., troubleshooting access, provisioning issues, user password management, enable, disable, terminate and/or unlock user accounts etc.) within SLA
Fulfil cataloguebased service requests (e.g., granting/revoking access, updating user attributes, updating workgroup members etc.)
Monitor service mailbox and support end user queries
Generate reports for daily/periodic user administration or processes
Support IT Risk or audit teams with reports, evidence, and process walkthroughs
Support change documentation, change deployment and postchange validations
Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operational runbooks
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness

Qualifications :

Required :

2+ to 9 years of Identity Governance and administration (IGA) service delivery
2+ to 9 years handson experience on access and user administration in one or more IGA solution(s) (SailPoint/Saviynt/IBM ISIM/CA IDM/Oracle IDM, etc.)
Strong understanding of user life cycle events supported by IGA
Prior experience in working in operations
Experience in ticketing tools for access management, tracking progress/escalation,and generating operational reports
Experience in developing SOP and runbooks
Strong understanding of Excel functions
Experience in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and bug tracking tools e.g. JIRA
Flexibility to work in shifts
Bachelor's degree is required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security,Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology
Business proficiency in English language
Ready to work in rotational shifts, including night shift
Experience in working with distributed teams across different geographies

Preferred

Qualifications :

Experience and knowledge in cyber security or identity and access management
Ability to adhere to client's information security policies and clearly articulate the need for information security
Knowledge of business process, user provisioning process, and security maintenance processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
