Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Sun Enviro Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including maintaining accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2. Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and financial statements.
3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
4. Process invoices and expense reports.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
6. Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
7. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
8. Provide financial reports to management as needed.
9. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect sensitive information.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
3. Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally ERP.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
