    Description
    We are seeking a talented and motivated RPA Developer with a passion for automation to join our team.

    You will play a key role in developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

    This is a unique opportunity to grow your career from a hands-on developer role to a product manager focused on Intelligent Automation.


    Responsibilities :

    Development and Automation :

    • Handson experience developing RPA solutions using industryleading tools like BluePrism, UiPath, and Workato.
    • Utilize Python scripting for complex automation tasks.
    • Integrate RPA solutions with REST APIs for data exchange.
    • Leverage SQL for data manipulation and interaction with databases.

    Project Management :

    • Manage RPA projects from inception to completion, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and define success criteria.
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
    • Monitor and maintain deployed automations to ensure ongoing efficiency and accuracy.

    Collaboration and Communication :

    • Partner with functional teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business and IT strategies.
    • Collaborate with business groups to analyze their needs, define requirements, and deliver effective automation solutions.
    • Possess strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

    Growth to Product Management :

    • This role offers a career path towards product management within the Intelligent Automation space.
    • You will gain exposure to product strategy, roadmap development, and user experience design.

    Qualifications :

    • 35 years of experience developing and implementing RPA solutions.
    • Proven experience with RPA tools like BluePrism, UiPath, or Workato.
    • Proficiency in Python scripting is a plus.
    • Understanding of REST APIs and their integration with RPA tools.
    • Working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and automation.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Desire to learn and grow into a product management role.
