National Facets, a leading player in the gemstone industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Incharge to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of our gemstone manufacturing facility.
Ensure smooth production workflow, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.
Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams.
Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets.
Provide regular reports on production metrics and address any issues that may arise.
Maintain a safe and productive working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in production management, preferably in the gemstone or jewelry industry.
Indepth knowledge of gemstone manufacturing processes.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and improve production workflows.
Effective communication and problemsolving abilities.

Salary:
