    Job Title: Digital Production Assistant Manager

    Career Level - D1

    Introduction to Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Production Developer to join our Global Commercial Operations Content Center. This role is pivotal in promoting, producing, and publishing best-in-class commercial content for our global sales force and marketers. As a Digital Production Assistant Manager, you will develop responsive online courses and other learning materials in various formats. You will also be responsible for end-to-end content production and managing a team of 10+ members.

    Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will work closely with instructional designers and content experts to design online courses, manage teams, operations, and the end-to-end digital content life cycle. You will also collaborate with trainers and content experts to identify and implement customized digital solutions that support learning strategies and objectives. Additionally, you will manage the complete development process of courseware materials, including eLearning and LMS/training delivery systems, document management.

    Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (Academia: Computer science, Engineering, instructional design, technology)
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Ability to manipulate PSD files (Photoshop / InDesign or similar marketing tool) including splicing images
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to create viable solutions, innovation, and ability to execute flawlessly
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Customer focus and organizational awareness
  • Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement
  • Ability to manage strict timelines, escalations & ensure quality of deliverables

  • Related experience in the following areas: Articulate Storyline 2 and 360, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Quality Assurance Testing, Learning Management Systems, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
