    Responsibilities:

    • Assistant Manager role for the cable harness division focusing on New Product Development (NPD) and quotations, demonstrating expertise in cable harnessing and OEM developments.
    • Interpreting build-to-spec drawings and having a strong grasp of design concepts.
    • Preparing accurate quotations involving labor time, capital costs, and precise Bill of Materials (BOM).
    • Experience working in an Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Potential Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) environment.

    Desired Profile:

    • 2 to 8 years of experience in wiring harness engineering.
    • Proficient in interpreting cable drawings.
    • Strong technical knowledge of special processes related to cable harnessing.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective representation during New Product Introductions (NPIs) and quotation processes.
    • Familiarity with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
