    What an Operations Manager Does:

    Think of yourself as a leader and the master of your department. Here at TaskUs, we ensure we have top-notch employees. As an Operations Manager, you lead by ensuring KPIs are consistently met and help employees reach their full potential.

    Creating a Culture of Awareness and Prevention:

    Requirements:

    We are looking for:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Empathy and cultural awareness
    • At least three years of related working experience
    • Experience in customer experience operations and management
    • Responsibility and track record of meeting targets
    • Ability to articulate well with teammates and clients
    • Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
    • Leadership and analytical skills
