    Role Description:To support customers as theytransition from sales prospects to active users of your products.To focus on customer loyalty and building long term clientrelationships and keep the customer on the platform whilesupporting them to use it effectively. Whatdo we need

    • Excellent inMS Office and usage of analytics and data platforms
    • Strong ability tounderstand Product and demonstrate that knowledge to the user

    • High quality process design and implementation
    • Strong knowledge ofthe SMB segment and SaaS business
    • To be able to connect with the customer over boththeir success and frustrations to develop a longterm bond.
    • Focus on addingvalue and reduce attrition oversee the onboarding process to helpimprove retention and usage. Ensure there is consistent usage ofthe product.
    • Bridgethe Gap between Sales and Customer Support To be both salespeopleand support professionals. Be a relationship manager that expandscustomer accounts increases retention
