    Job Description -Prepare documentation for External Auditors & Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits. Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities -1) Bookkeeping
    2) Purchases & Journal Vouchers
    3) Sales Invoices
    4) BRS
    5) Accounts Payables & Receivables reports
    6) Follow-up Accounts Receivables
    7) Making Payments to Vendors
    8) Prepare monthly MIS reports

    Good to have skills -1) Quick Books online
    2) Quick Books Enterprise
    3) Pivot, V-Look up & other Excel skills

    Qualification -B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance.
    3 to 4 Years of Experience in Accounts.
    Having worked in a CA office is an added advantage.
