Job Description:
Monica Jewellers is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Online Platform Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As an Online Platform Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients on our online platform.


Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:


  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Product Knowledge:


  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to position our products effectively.

Relationship Building:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations:


  • Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Customize sales pitches to align with the specific needs and requirements of each client.

Pipeline Management:


  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to organize, prioritize, and follow up on leads and prospects.

Sales Targets:


  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the department.

Feedback and Improvement:


  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in online platform sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
