CNC Laser Operator:

  • Operate CNC laser cutting machines for material processing.
  • Interpret blueprints to set cutting specifications.
  • Load, secure, and align materials on machine bed.
  • Program machine parameters for cutting precision.
  • Monitor process and adjust settings for quality.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Troubleshoot and address minor machine issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
  • Document production data and job details.

CNC Pipe Bender Operator:

  • Operate CNC pipe bending machines for shaping.
  • Review engineering drawings for bending specs.
  • Load pipes, input bending parameters.
  • Monitor process for accurate bends.
  • Inspect and test bends for compliance.
  • Adjust settings for different pipe sizes.
  • Perform machine maintenance and lubrication.
  • Troubleshoot and address minor errors.
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
  • Maintain production records.

CNC Router Operator:

  • Operate CNC routers for cutting and shaping.
  • Interpret design files and setup instructions.
  • Load materials, select cutting tools.
  • Input machining parameters for accuracy.
  • Monitor process for precise cuts.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality.
  • Maintain and replace cutting tools.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust minor issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
  • Record production data and details.

Salary:
From ₹55,000.00 per month
