    Skills & Experience We're Looking For ‍:2+ years of relevant experience managing social media platforms for an agency or a fashion brand.

    Proven experience in driving the growth and meeting target numbers for social media.
    Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    Proficiency in all social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Facebook.
    Experience of Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite.

    You will be responsible for

    Develop Social Media Strategies:
    Craft and execute effective social media plans that align with our brand's identity and resonate with our target audience.

    Create Compelling Content:
    Generate engaging content, including photos, videos, and impactful copy, to showcase our products, brand story, and lifestyle. Collaborate with influencers to amplify our message.

    Engage Our Community:
    Foster community engagement by promptly responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Cultivate a sense of belonging among our followers and brand supporters.

    Plan and Execute Campaigns:
    Conceptualise and oversee social media campaigns, from product launches to interactive contests, ensuring they are executed seamlessly.

    Analyse Performance Metrics:
    Monitor and analyse key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI using social media analytics tools. Utilise data insights to optimise content and campaigns.

    Stay Informed on Trends:


    Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in social media marketing, experimenting with new features to keep our brand fresh.


    Manage Partnerships and Influencers:
    Seek strategic partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and collaborators to enhance our brand's reach and message.

    Coordinate Collaboration:
    Ensure effective coordination among agencies, graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to maintain a cohesive workflow.

    Host Brand Events:


    Organise impactful events at various venues to connect with our community in person and leave a lasting impression of our brand.


    Drive Traffic and Conversion:
    Collaborate with product and digital teams to optimise website traffic and convert visitors into loyal customers.
