    Job Title: ServiceNow Test Lead at Computacenter

    About the Company: Computacenter is offering a challenging opportunity for a ServiceNow Test Lead to join their team.

    Experience: 8 to 12 years

    Location: Bangalore

    Skills required: ServiceNow Tester

    Education: Any degree / BE / BTech (regular education)

    Job Description:

    • Support FLS testing requirements on Service Now, SAP, and ITSM platforms with 8 to 12 years of experience.
    • Understand project deliverables, identify necessary platforms, tools, data, and resources.
    • Ensure timely delivery of targets, propose solutions for delays, and manage delivery deadlines effectively.
    • Coordinate testing resources, create plans, and schedules for testing requirements within FLS.
    • Develop and adapt test cases/workbooks, including MTP (move to production).
    • Collaborate with business areas to complete prerequisite work for testing and MTP.
    • Assist in diagnosing system issues during testing, remove blockers, and escalate when necessary.
    • Lead daily calls, provide guidance, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
    • Participate in business sign-offs, support MTP/Go-No Go decisions, and provide Hypercare Support.
    • Conduct regular regression testing and confidence testing to maintain platform efficiency.
    • Maintain test cases/packages with updated information from previous incidents and issues.
    • Provide test steps for future enhancements and drive Automated Test Framework implementation.
    • Support system changes that impact BAU services, Engineering, Global Service Coordination, & Logistics workstreams.
    • Collaborate on GIS-led projects for testing all releases, patches, upgrades that may impact various functions.
    • Perform functional testing including Confidence, UAT, Regression, QA testing to check for defects and ensure system performance.
