    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Product Operations Intern to support our user growth initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and CEO to generate ideas for user adoption. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential users, developing strategies, reaching out to users, and guiding them through the onboarding process on our platform. This role will require strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

    This role is full-time and remote, so you can join us from anywhere in the world. Our team spans across the globe, from the bustling streets of New York and Delhi to the vibrant cities of San Francisco and Surat. Plus, we believe in work-life balance, so flex your work hours and make them work for you

    Stipend - Rs 8,000

    Qualifications

    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Communication and Presentation Skills - if you can make a PowerPoint presentation that doesn't induce yawning, we want you
    • Sales & Customer Service - making friends and closing deals are your superpowers
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team - because teamwork makes the dream work
    • Experience in the tech industry is a plus, but if you can fix your grandpa's WiFi, we'll be impressed
