    Title: Bid Coordinator

    2 positions

    Place of Posting: NOIDA/Gurgaon/Hybrid

    Company Description

    We provide configuration and solution support for Customers in US for our US Associates .Our Business Analysts/Associates build diverse solutions based on the Veoci platform and cover a range of industry segments . Customers include industry leaders and range from global brand names to tiny airports and schools .

    We participate in bids and solicitations in the US and other countries as a part of regular business . In collaboration with our US Team , we have a good success rate of winning such bids , this is now a critical part of our revenue and business growth.

    We are adding bandwidth to be able to respond to an increasing number of RFQ/RFPs . The India Team collaborates with the Veoci US Team in this process . This calls for an understanding of features and also the non feature based requirements . Our extensive knowledge base helps the team in quicker and more accurate responses. Our internal workflows help us manage bids . We have built the process and formed a team of RFP specialists which we are looking to grow. We are looking for smart and intelligent people with some experience in preparing and making bids, to join this growing team.

    The Opportunity:

    Join our dynamic India Bid Team and play a key role in securing new business You'll collaborate closely with our US counterparts to analyze and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Qualifications (RFQs).

    What You'll Do:

    • Search for suitable RFPs on subscribed aggregator sites defining keywords for quicker and faster access
    • Search directly at key customer or prospect sites
    • Deep dive into RFPs, break down key requirements, and craft compelling responses using our knowledge base and presales input.
    • Partner with the US team to refine responses, ensuring all aspects (product features, technology, commercial terms, legal matters) are addressed.
    • Leverage our robust Veoci workflow engine to streamline the bid process.
    • Own the responsibility for compiling bid requirements and submitting complete proposals.

    You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

    • 2-4 years of experience in bid preparation and management within a software company, especially for international bids.
    • Strong analytical skills to deconstruct complex RFPs.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication, ideally at a near-native level.
    • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

    • Experience with similar SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
    • Proven track record of winning bids and proposals.
