    About the role

    We're looking for a Storyteller and Content - Senior Manager to help us share what we do in asimple, compelling, and passionate way. As a member of the Communications team,you'll be part of an experienced and diverse team that supports Siemens incommunicating across different channels and audiences. Your work will maximizethe voice, impact, and reach of the organization while also enhancing theperception of Siemens as a focused technology company.

    What we're looking for

  • Drive media relations and content (organic and inorganic) for Corporate and Business

    • ·Translate the business strategies into a Media RelationsStrategy with precise communications plan and implementation

  • Profile Leadership in the media, including global CEO, CTO, CHRO, etc. (including preparation through briefing documents, alignment with global teams)
  • Build relationships with key media persons and influencers, across the media universe (including financial press) to maintain high share of voice and editorial coverage in the form of feature & industry stories, blogs, speaking engagements and participation in awards
  • Develop, edit and distribute press releases, announcements and other press materials such as FAQs, briefing documents, holding statements, etc. in close coordination with the Management, Investor Relations, Company Secretary / Legal and Business
  • Work with internal partners, Market Communications and Digital Media teams to ideate, identify, plan and develop content
  • Manage external vendors including PR agency, translation services and content producers to develop and place articles and customer stories on targeted media channels
  • Crisis communications
  • Coordination for analyst relations, corporate events, Annual Report, AGM, etc.
  • Measurement KPIs: share of voice, media monitoring, key message transmission, spokesperson visibility, tonality, reach
  • Managing media training and sensitization to develop spokespeople – act as a counsel for management

    • Qualifications and other requirements

  • 12-15 years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Communications experience
  • B2B & technology experience preferred
  • A track record of designing and executing successful PR campaigns pan-India across financial, business and trade media (broadcast, online and print)
  • Experience working with and understanding of the energy, oil & gas, infrastructure and technology space
  • Have in-depth knowledge of PR for a listed company with experience managing crisis communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with expertise in presentation and reports
  • Keen understanding of the media landscape and trends, new media and social media tools
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively, assess and prioritize activities
