    Description

    Overview :
    The Salesforce nCino Developer plays a critical role in the implementation and customization of nCino on the Salesforce platform.

    They are essential in ensuring that the organization's nCino instance meets its business needs and requirements, contributing to the overall success of the company's Salesforce ecosystem.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the nCino platform using Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the nCino/Salesforce environment.
    • Perform data modeling to support reporting needs and ensure data integrity.
    • Customize nCino objects, workflows, and processes to align with business processes and user requirements.
    • Integrate nCino with other systems and thirdparty applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in the development process.
    • Participate in testing and debugging of nCino configurations and custom developments.
    • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to nCino and Salesforce functionality.
    • Document technical specifications, deployment plans, and system support procedures.
    • Stay updated with nCino and Salesforce platform releases, evaluating their impact and making necessary adjustments.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II credentials.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce development and customization.
    • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
    • Extensive experience with nCino configuration, customization, and administration.
    • Strong understanding of nCino objects, workflows, and security model.
    • Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
    • Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Certification in nCino platform is a plus.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
    • Knowledge of financial services industry processes and regulations is advantageous.
