    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    This role requires the candidate to work on acquisition marketing - managing Digital Marketing campaigns focused on new user acquisition and/or awareness for one or more markets for redBus.

    1. Planning, Budgeting, Optimization and Reporting of Digital campaigns on Programmatic and Online publishers like Google, FB, OTT etc.

    2. Running awareness, middle funnel, retargeting or conversions campaigns and ensuring measurement and reporting of the campaigns through Google ADH and MMP

    3. Liaison with Digital agencies and publishers for campaign planning and rollout

    4. Owning Channel, inventory selections, being involved in media buying and cracking long term deals with publishers to maximise marketing ROI

    5. Streamlining Digital campaign attribution, integrations with new publishers and analysing Impact of Digital Campaigns on Business.

    6. Ensuring rollout of innovations and experiments in campaigns and inventory and keeping abreast of the latest best practices in Digital ecosystem

    Educational Qualification: MBA in marketing or an equivalent degree

    Required Experience :

    3+ years of relevant work experience in Digital marketing only

    Strong in Digital strategy, execution and media planning

    Exceptional understanding of Digital Analytics

    Key skills required for the role:

    1. Hands-on experience on Programmatic campaigns, ad networks, MMP and Google ADH

    2. Extremely analytical and numbers driven approach to Media planning and execution

    3. Managing Digital Campaigns on programmatic with budgets exceeding INR 50 cr/year

    4. Strong articulation and agency/vendor negotiation skills
