    Description

    Urgently looking for ATI Travels Private Limited -Location Gurgaon.

    HR Recruiter Responsibilities


    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings


    • Design and update job descriptions


    • Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements


    • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits


    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process


    • Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process


    • Conduct background checks and employment verification's to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements


    • Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities


    • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates

    HR Recruiter Required Skills


    • Experience using recruitment databases and other recruitment tools


    • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


    • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.


    • Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

    Salary : 3.5 lakh CTC per Annum
