    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Designation: Cybersecurity Analyst

    Job Location: Dana India Technical Centre Pvt.Ltd. 279, Raisoni Industrial Park, Phase-II Hinjewadi Pune

    • As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be tasked with SOC level 1 activities including incident triage, communication, response, and reporting related to security incidents.
    • The analysts adhere to standard procedures for detecting, classifying, and reporting incidents.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform real-time monitoring of internal IT security equipment and systems to assess operational status using various SIEM tools, XSOAR platforms, and security management applications.
    • Analyze security alert and event data to detect potential incidents, threats, mitigations, and vulnerabilities.
    • Support follow-up actions by collaborating with other teams to facilitate incident resolution and investigation closure.
    • Conduct initial incident triage, initiate notifications, manage cases, take recovery actions, and provide status updates.
    • Analyze incident responses to uncover attack vectors involving malware, data exposure, and social engineering methods.
    • Coordinate process actions with team members across different locations.
    • Contribute to incident response support, develop post-incident reports, and aid in incident remediation.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Certifications Desired.
    • IAT Level II Certification required, Crowdstrike certified falcon responder (CCFR), Elastic Certified Analyst certification preferred.
    • Additional skills include strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to focus during log analysis.
