    This Engineering Manager will beresponsible for leading the engineering team for development anddelivery of Telemetry and Observability product enhancementsquality and release activities.

    Candidatewill be expected to technically interact with the team todesign/develop/review/execute on product development strategies andplans.

    Engagement & Project OverviewEnterprise Monitoring delivers supportability for InfrastructureDevOps and Application teams notifying them of abnormal 9operatingconditions to avoid or minimize impact to the business oroperations.


    PrimaryResponsibilities Job Responsibilities:

    Monitor and troubleshoot several interconnected applications andtheir underlying servers/containers Supportand Administration RabbitMQ clusters Supportand Administration large distributed InfluxDBcluster Should take initiatives forcontinuous monitoring improvements.

    Lead andSupport Administration activities on Grafanaclusters Lead and drive support for severalinnersource Ruby applications OperateHashicorp Nomad container platformParticipate in oncall duties (support hours 11 PM 8 AM Central timerotates weekly) Lead resolution ofinterorganizational issues relative to schedule and availability;report progress and escalate issues as required to Management toensure promptresolution.


    MustHave Skills Required Skill:
    I. Experience inHandling Telemetry Teams and delivery.
    II.Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think criticallyand quickly under pressureIII. Solid Linuxsysadmin skills (Red Hat family a plus)IV.Excellent communication and collaborationskillsV. Proficient with Git (GitHub aplus)VI. Experience with message queueingsystems (RabbitMQ a plus)VII. Familiaritywith timeseries databases InfluxDB VIII.Data visualization skills (Grafana Kibana orSplunk)IX.

    Solid understanding of networkingDNS and load balancers (HAProxy a plus)X.Has exposure to Creating Dashboards in Grafana using PromQL(Prometheus based Query Language)XI.
