The B2B Online Hotel Portal Relations Manager willplay a critical role in negotiating contracts optimizing inventorydistribution and driving revenue growth for thecompany.
JD:
Identify andresearch potential hotel partners in key markets evaluating theirsuitability based on criteria such as location quality pricing andavailability.
Coordinating between hotels channel managers and our technologypartner to bring properties live on theportal. Negotiatecontracts and partnership agreements with hotels and accommodationproviders to secure favorable rates terms and inventory allocationsfor our platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partnersserving as the primary point of contact for contract negotiationsongoing communication and issueresolution.
Monitormarket trends competitor activity and client feedback to identifyopportunities for expanding our hotel inventory and enhancing ourvalue proposition.Collaborate with internal teams including sales product developmentand technology to ensure seamless integration of hotel inventoryand optimize distributionchannels. Analyzeperformance data and metrics to track contract compliance revenuegeneration and profitability identifying areas for improvement andimplementing strategies to maximizeresults. Provideregular reporting and updates to senior management on contractnegotiations partner relationships and marketdynamics. Assuringall contracted hotels are regularly displaying on the portal frontend. Managingpresales and postsales operational issues with thehotels.
Stayinformed about industry trends emerging technologies and bestpractices in hotel contracting and distribution leveraging thisknowledge to drive innovation and competitiveadvantage.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and tradeshows networking with potential partners and promoting ourplatformscapabilities.Candidateprofile:
Must:Minimum 5 years experience in similarcapacity. Provenexperience in hotel relations sales or revenue management withinthe travel industry with a strong network of hotel contacts andindustry knowledge.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability tobuild rapport influence decisionmakers and closedeals. Stronganalytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus ondatadriven decisionmaking and resultsorientedperformance.
Ability to manage the portal backend in property creation mappingrate and availabilitymanagement.
Proficiency in contract management software CRM systems andMicrosoft Officesuite.
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or relatedfield. Experiencein Online Travelcompanies.
Flexibility to travel as required for meetings conferences andindustryevents.
