- Responsible to perform accounting functions as per IFRS, UK GAAP, and local GAAP for the group and holding entities.
- Responsible for implementing process and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP and local GAAP and company policies and control framework. Providing Financial Reports, and compliance with regulations and organization policies.
- Responsible to work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure monthly closing of books, as per close calendar.
- Responsible to provide guidance to business team and other key stakeholder on accounting requirements and business transactions.
- Responsible for completing the legal entity, consolidated statutory audit and other financial statutory compliances for the legal entities.
- This position will be responsible to ensure the effectiveness of controls, and ensure financial compliance, which is a very critical requirement.
- Responsible to apply understanding of accounting practices and procedures and provide directions to team members on evaluating technical accounting pronouncements.
- Responsible to driving process optimization and improving the efficiency of finance operations.
- Any other task as assigned by the management team
