    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources
    • Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes
    • Experience with payroll administration and employee benefits design
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of performance management processes
    • Ability to handle employee relations and address HR-related issues
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
    • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
    • Oversee employee benefits design and administration
    • Conduct performance management processes and provide support to employees
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Handle payroll administration and maintain accurate records
    • Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues
    • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
    • Maintain HR documentation and employee records
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR
