- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to attract, onboard, and engage high-quality affiliates for the company.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, guidance, and regular communication to ensure their success.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including click-through rates, leads generated, and enrollments, to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase affiliate partner engagement, loyalty, and overall program participation.
- Research and identify potential affiliate partners, targeting relevant industries and platforms to expand the reach of our program.
- Work with HCP team members to create compelling marketing materials, including weekly affiliate partner newsletters, social media assets, and other content to support affiliate promotions and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal HCP teams, such as product marketing and performance marketing, to ensure seamless integration of affiliate campaigns and other affiliate initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing to identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continued growth.
- 1-2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
- Strong communication skills in English required
- Comfortable interacting with partners of the company
- Capable of supporting presentations and providing comprehensive monthly updates on their role
- Not required to present but must equip their manager with updates for presentation
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, with a track record of successfully managing affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms - PartnerStack is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and engage affiliates effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Knowledge of the home service industry, SaaS products, or related fields is a plus.
