    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage crossfunctional programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying risks and issues.
    • Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
    • Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and practices, leveraging industry best practices and tools.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
    • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.
    • Utilize ITSM tools and practices to streamline service delivery and support operations.
    • Implement Release Management processes and tooling to enable efficient and reliable software releases.
    • Oversee Configuration Management processes to ensure consistency and integrity of software assets.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in data modeling and AI concepts.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 8 to 12 years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of Agile concepts and processes, with experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Experience with Release Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and IT Service Management tools and practices.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Configuration Management processes and tooling.
    • Knowledge of data modeling and AI concepts is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Certifications such as ITIL or Agile certifications are preferred.
