    Job Description
    :

    Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team; supporting field support and proposal recruitment.

    This position is responsible for thorough execution of AVASO's recruiting process for assigned searches, and requires an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

    Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement overall recruiting strategy.
    Develop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
    Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
    Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, softskills, experience and aptitudesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

    Professional SkillsProven work experience as on International engineers recruitment (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Minimum 3 year's of International staffing recruitment experience is requiredCandidate should be Graduate.

    Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)Excellent communication skills – written & oralExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsTime management & multitasking abilityExcellent inter-personal skills
