    Description
    We are looking for a TalentAcquisition Specialist to join our Human Resourcesdepartment and oversee our fullcyclerecruiting.Talent Acquisitionresponsibilities include sourcing candidates through variouschannels planning interview and selection procedures and hosting orparticipating in career events. To be successful in this role youshould be able to develop longterm recruiting strategies andnurture trusting relationships with potentialhires.Ultimately you will create strongtalent pipelines for our company s current and future hiringneeds.Responsibilities
    • Coordinatewith hiring managers to identify staffingneeds
    • Determine selectioncriteria
    • Source potential candidates throughonline channels (e.g. social platforms and professionalnetworks)
    • Plan interview and selectionprocedures including screening calls assessments and inpersoninterviews
    • Assess candidate informationincluding resumes and contact details using our Applicant TrackingSystem
    • Design job descriptions and interviewquestions that reflect each position srequirements
    • Lead employer brandinginitiatives
    • Organize and attend job fairs andrecruitment events
    • Forecast quarterly andannual hiring needs by department
    • Fosterlongterm relationships with past applicants and potentialcandidates
    Requirementsand skills
    • Provenwork experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similarrole
    • Familiarity with social media resumedatabases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow andGithub)
    • Handson experience with fullcyclerecruiting using various interview techniques and evaluationmethods
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems(ATSs)
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
    • A keen understanding ofthe differences between various roles withinorganizations
    • BSc in Human Resources Managementor relevant field
