    Description

    Job Title:
    Cisco Wireless Infrastructure Engineer

    Company Overview:
    Join our team as a Cisco Wireless Infrastructure Engineer and be part of a dynamic organization leading the way in providing cutting-edge wireless solutions.

    Location:
    Gurugram, Haryana

    Work Schedule:
    Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

    Responsibilities:
    • Plan and design wireless network layout for optimal coverage and signal strength.
    • Troubleshoot WLAN Coverage, RF Interference, and Connectivity Issues.
    • Create detailed documentation of network design and security protocols.
    • Utilize industry best practices for Wireless Site Survey.
    • Design sustainable wireless infrastructure solutions in a large-scale environment.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot wireless network performance.
    • Implement and maintain wireless security measures.
    • Plan for future network capacity needs.
    • Design and deploy Guest Wi-Fi solutions.
    • Collaborate with different teams for optimized performance.
    • Procure necessary hardware and software components from vendors.
    • Design and deploy client configurations and network security solutions.

    Experience Requirements:
    • Knowledge of wireless frequencies and protocols.
    • Strong understanding of business management and leadership principles.
    • Ability to analyze processes, identify problems, and develop solutions.
    • Experience with Cisco ISE and DNA Center is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Cisco central and flex connect configurations.
    • Experience with Guest Wi-Fi configuration and setup.
    • Knowledge of wireless technologies like Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and WAP.
    • Familiarity with network secure technologies including AAA, TACACS+, and IPSEC.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor or higher degree in relevant field.

    Certification:
    CCNP Wireless or CCIE Wireless, Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or equivalent certificate
