Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of Healthcare Industry requirements.
Knowledge on recruitment of Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Doctors, Therapists, Admin staff of hospital & healthcare facilities, etc.
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders and should have knowledge about different US geographical locations and work Visas.
Understanding of contract and FT positions.
Should be selfmotivated as well as a team player.
Excellent communication skills and excellent customer service attitude.
Problem solving skills and multitasking ability.
