Experience:

Minimum 6 months in real estate or related field

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our real estate services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels such as advertisements, referrals, and website inquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing client queries and concerns.
Provide information about available properties, including pricing, features, and amenities, to interested clients.
Schedule appointments for property viewings and accompany clients on property tours if necessary.
Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions and tracking leads.
Sound knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, neighborhoods, and legal regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
