    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role (Mumbai) as a Senior Client Services Manager. As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilizing analytical skills, and communicating effectively with customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing excellent customer service, addressing member needs, and optimising client experiences.

    Qualifications

    • Fluent communication skills (English)
    • Well groomed, affable personality – you will be the face of the brand.
    • Analytical Skills & proficiency with Office.
    • Experience in managing client relationships, in addition to problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and organised
    • Experience in the dating / matchmaking industry is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in managing a portfolio in high-end service industries; Recruitment, PR, and/or Retail Banking industries are preferred.
