Name of the Position: Regional Sales Manager

No. of Requirements: 1

Experience: Minimum 10 to 14 years in FMCG (preferably Beverage or Food)

Qualification: Masters' Degree (Bachelor's Degree holders can also apply)

Headquarter: Guwahati (Covering Northeast)

CTC range: 10 to 15 Lacs

Job Description

Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
Evaluate store and individual performances
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Responsible for sales targets and distribution for assigned Region.
Planning & Development of sales & marketing strategies for respective region.
Managing team effectiveness by developing Performance Objectives.
Forecasting & Planning of Manpower operations as per business requirements.
Responsible for Business Developments in the existing and new areas.
Review, Forecast & Maintain quarterly and annual sales data and remove friction
