    Description

    We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to be part of our team in Bangalore. You will have a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical software systems.


    Location:
    Bangalore (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop highly reliable, scalable, and maintainable software applications using established software design patterns.
    • Work in fast-paced environments that demand high throughput, low latency, and zero downtime deployments.
    • Collaborate with development teams to define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.
    • Troubleshoot complex system issues in distributed environments, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
    • Design and architect technical solutions to meet system requirements and performance goals.
    • Possess hands-on experience with the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
    • Demonstrate strong project management skills, leading projects from initial concept to production deployment, overseeing all development stages.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, effectively communicating with colleagues and inspiring teamwork.

    Required Skills:
    • Proven experience in developing and deploying software using modern programming languages and frameworks.
    • In-depth understanding of distributed systems architecture and principles.
    • Experience with monitoring and observability tools for proactive performance management.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for building high-quality, reliable software systems.
