    Description
    Grene Metals , a precision component manufacturing company based out of Jamnagar, Gujarat. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to run, operate, maintain, and manage the Manufacturing Plant.


    Job Description:
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Jamnagar. The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, materials, and logistics.

    They will lead cross-functional teams, participate in the development of processes and systems, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


    Responsibilities:


    The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

    Develop processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
    Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.
    Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity & demand creation.
    Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts and determine disciplinary actions.
    Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings, maintain production goals and reduce inventory carrying costs.
    Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards.
    Should have experience in handling demand planning, procurement, delivery and dispatch.
    Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
    Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
    Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
    Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
    Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
    Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
    Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.

    Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

    Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.
    Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.


    Requirements:
    Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
    5+ years of experience at a similar capacity in the Component Manufacturing Industry.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
