Role & Responsibilities

Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products and their features to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right furniture pieces to meet their preferences and needs.
Present and demonstrate furniture products to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Follow up with leads and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to encourage sales conversions.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to stay updated on the latest trends and features in the furniture industry.
Maintain an uptodate knowledge of competitors and market trends to position our products effectively.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and discounts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and invoices to customers.
Manage customer accounts, including tracking orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote our furniture products and build a network of potential clients.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
