Bench Sales Executive (Digital Marketing and Social Media)

Job Summary:

As a Bench Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new job opportunities in the digital marketing and social media field for our talented pool of professionals.

Your primary focus will be to generate leads, nurture relationships with potential clients, and secure job placements.

This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive and target-driven approach.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential job openings and opportunities in the digital marketing and social media domain.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and contacts in the industry, including staffing agencies, organizations, and hiring managers.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their staffing needs and promote our pool of talented professionals.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and other relevant aspects to secure job placements for our professionals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on job placements, market trends, and client feedback to management.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in bench sales or business development within the digital marketing and social media industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies, platforms, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
