Description

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors
Track and report on recruiting metrics to management


Requirements:

Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
Knowledge of immigration and work authorization regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in a related field


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
