Bench Sales Recrutier (Night Shift - Work From Home)Experience : 0-1years

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates, contract terms, and other relevant aspects of placements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to consultants throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation, onboarding, and project assignment.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to better understand client requirements and consultant capabilities.
- Generate reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to business development activities as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role in the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients.
- Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
