Job Title:
Sales Recruiter


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top sales talent
  • Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens and interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a strong network of sales professionals
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting
  • Proven track record of identifying and attracting top sales talent
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations

Salary:
₹96, ₹180,000.00 per year
