Description

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand their challenges and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
Support the Salesforce Administrator team by assessing the impact of new implementations.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to estimate project scope and timelines.
Oversee the timely delivery of project deliverables from both onshore and offshore teams.
Define and manage project priorities while considering team member capacity.
Facilitate and lead daily standup meetings using Agile practices.
Report project status updates to customers and develop necessary documentation.
Manage the entire software project lifecycle (E2E) from requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
Implement Agile development methodology using Scrum principles.
Communicate project objectives clearly to the team and provide coaching to optimize team efficiency.
Identify and manage project risks proactively.
Track project progress and budget, and take corrective action as needed.
Document project decisions and lessons learned.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

Must-have Skills :

Prince2 or PMP certification (mandatory)
Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role

Nice-to-have Skills : Experience with Salesforce administration

Additional Skills :

Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Time management and organizational skills
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
